Heritage Commerce Corp Declares Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.13 Per Share

San Jose, California — July 27, 2023 — Heritage Commerce Corp (Nasdaq: HTBK), the holding company for Heritage Bank of Commerce, today announced that its Board of Directors declared its regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per share to holders of common stock. The dividend will be payable on August 24, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of the business day on August 10, 2023. Heritage Commerce Corp has paid a quarterly cash dividend since 2013.
