On April 20, 2016, Brent Morrison, a member of the Board of Directors of iPass Inc., advised iPass that he would not stand for reelection at the upcoming 2016 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
On April 26, 2016, Richard Karp, a member of the Board of Directors of iPass Inc., advised iPass that he would not stand for reelection at the upcoming 2016 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
