Explanation of Responses:

1. 25% of the shares subject to this option vested and became exercisable on April 8, 2016, and the remaining shares subject to this option shall vest and become exercisable in 12 equal quarterly installments thereafter.

2. The shares vested and became exercisable in 12 equal monthly installments, with the first installment on July 16, 2016, subject to the recipient's continued service on the Issuer's Board of Directors. This option was subject to accelerated vesting upon a change of control of the Issuer.
