Effective as of May 12, 2010, the Compensation Committee (the “Committee”) of the Board of Directors of Omega Protein Corporation (the “Company”) increased the annual base salary of Dr. Mark E. Griffin, Vice President – Research and Development of the Company, from $165,000 to $190,000.
Effective as of May 12, 2010, the Committee increased the annual base salary of Barton Shacklock, Vice President – Human Resources of the Company, from $130,000 to $155,000.
