(b) In press releases and Securities and Exchange Commission filings, PDI, Inc. (the “Company”) has previously announced the intention of its Chief Financial Officer, Bernard C. Boyle, to retire. Mr. Boyle has retired effective March 31, 2006. The Company expects its Board of Directors to appoint an interim Chief Financial Officer at its upcoming Board of Directors meeting on April 5, 2006.
