PDI, Inc. (the “Company”) will be eliminating the position of President of Diversified Marketing Services, which is currently held by Kevin Connolly, in order to streamline the organizational structure within the Company’s marketing services segment, effective August 22, 2008. Mr. Connolly will be terminating his employment with the Company on August 22, 2008.
