Item 8.01 Other Events.
On August 25, 2011, PDI, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it has renewed its seasonal sales services agreement with a top 10 pharmaceutical company for an additional season, which is expected to generate approximately $11 million in revenues over its 8-month term.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
