Innospec Inc.’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Friday, May 10, 2024 at 10:00am Eastern Time at Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP, 1105 West Peachtree Street NE, Suite 1000, Atlanta, GA 30309.
Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors’ recommendations.
