Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On July 24, 2006, Rochelle Lamm, a director of School Specialty, Inc. (the “Company”), resigned as a member of the Board of Directors. The Company expresses its appreciation to Ms. Lamm for her eight years of service to the Company, and wishes her well in her future endeavors.
