(the “Company,” “we” or “us”) will hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “2017 Annual Meeting”) at its corporate offices located at 223 Pratt Street, Hammonton, New Jersey 08037, on Tuesday, May 23, 2017, at 11:00 a.m., Eastern time. All holders of record of our common stock outstanding as of the close of business on Thursday, March 30, 2017 will be entitled to vote at the 2017 Annual Meeting.
