On March 5, 2007, the Company issued a press release announcing its participation in the Thomas Weisel Partners Annual Internet & Digital Media Conference 2007. On March 6, 2007, the Company issued a press release announcing that its VitalStream Small Business Services platform has been integrated into Adobe® Premiere® Pro software. A copy of the press releases are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.2 and 99.3, respectively, and are incorporated herein by reference in their entirety.
