Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
We held our Annual Meeting of Shareholders on May 21, 2014 (the “Annual Meeting”). At the meeting, our shareholders elected all seven persons nominated by our Board of Directors to serve as directors until the next Annual Meeting of Shareholders or until their successors are elected and duly qualified. In addition, our shareholders approved, by a non-binding advisory vote, the executive officer compensation as disclosed in the Proxy Statement and ratified the appointment of McGladrey LLP as our independent public accountant for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2014. Set forth below are the final voting results for each of the proposals.
