	Peoples Financial Services Corp. has formed Peoples Advisors, LLC (“Advisors”) as a member-managed limited liability company under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to be a wholly owned subsidiary of the Corporation, for the purpose of providing investment advisory services to the general public.
