PCTEL Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend
Sets at $0.03 per Share
BLOOMINGDALE, IL, July 25, 2012 — PCTEL, Inc. (NASDAQ:PCTI), a leader in simplifying wireless and site solutions for private and public networks, announced today that its regular quarterly dividend of $0.03 per share on the company’s common stock, will be payable on August 15, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 8, 2012.
