Item 5. Other Events And Regulation FD Disclosure
On June 25, 2003, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) issued an order instituting an investigation of anomalous bidding behavior and practices in the western wholesale power markets to review evidence of alleged economic withholding of generation during the period May 1, 2000 through October 2, 2000. The FERC issued data requests in this investigation to over 60 market participants including Idaho Power.
By letter dated May 12, 2004, the Director of the FERC Office of Market Oversight and Investigations informed Idaho Power that FERC was terminating its investigation of Idaho Power.
