Item 8.01 Other Events.
In a press release dated February 26, 2014, Lionbridge announced that it renewed and expanded its relationship with a leading provider of power and engine systems to provide technical and non-technical content services. The estimated value of this contract is over $100 million over its six year term. The press release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated by reference herein.
