Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
In February 2015, Lionbridge's Nominating and Compensation Committee granted Marc Osofsky, Senior Vice President of Global Offerings and a named executive officer of Lionbridge, a special cash award of $50,000. This award was granted in recognition of Mr. Osofsky's strategic leadership in 2014 and his assumption of additional responsibilities in the second half of 2014 following the departure of a senior executive. In addition, this award recognizes his significant contributions during 2014 in developing new methods for monetizing the Corporation’s offerings, developing innovative delivery platforms and technology enhancements, eliminating duplicative expenses and establishing effective and efficient staffing models.
