SP Signal Manager, LLC ("SP Signal Manager") is the investment manager of SP Signal, LLC ("SP Signal") and, by reason of such status, may be deemed to be the beneficial owner of all of the reported securities held by SP Signal. Edward A. Mule is the sole member of SP Signal Manager and has voting and investment power with respect to the securities held by SP Signal and may be deemed to be a beneficial owner of the securities held by SP Signal. Mr. Mule disclaims beneficial ownership of the reported securities held by SP Signal except to the extent of his pecuniary interest.
