Mortgage Revenue Bonds The Partnership’s MRBs provide construction and/or permanent financing for income-producing multifamily rental, seniors housing and skilled nursing properties. MRBs are either held directly by the Partnership or are held in trusts created in connection with debt financing transactions (Note 13). The MRBs predominantly bear interest at fixed interest rates and require regular principal and interest payments on either a monthly or semi-annual basis.
