This Amendment to the Annual Report on Form 11-K of the LMI Aerospace, Inc. Profit-Sharing and Savings Plan and Trust for the year ended December 31, 2007 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 27, 2008 (the “Form 11-K”), is being filed solely for the purpose of including the date and conformed signature of LMI Aerospace, Inc., as Plan Administrator, in the Signatures Section of the Form 11-K, which were inadvertently omitted from the Form 11-K.  No other information contained in the Form 11-K is amended hereby.
