On June 30, 2009, POZEN Inc., a Delaware corporation (“POZEN”), issued a press release announcing the submission of a New Drug Application to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for the marketing approval of VIMOVO™ (PN 400), the proposed tradename for the combination of enteric coated naproxen and immediate release esomeprazole. A copy of POZEN’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
