The annual meeting of shareholders of GAMCO Investors, Inc. (“GAMCO”) was held on May 7, 2019. At the annual meeting: (1) seven persons were elected to serve as directors of GAMCO; and (2) the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as GAMCO’s independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31, 2019 was ratified.
