Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
The annual meeting of stockholders of Quicksilver Resources Inc. was held on May 19, 2010. At the meeting, two directors were elected to serve terms expiring at Quicksilver’s annual meeting to be held in 2013. The vote with respect to the election of these directors was as follows:
