On July 23, 2015, Sunesis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. issued a press release announcing regulatory updates from its interactions with the European Medicines Agency and U.S. Food and Drug Administration regarding marketing authorization for vosaroxin as a treatment for acute myeloid leukemia in Europe and the United States. A copy of the press release issued concerning the foregoing is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
