Enterprise Prices $1.1 Billion of Senior Notes
HOUSTON—(BUSINESS WIRE)—March 31, 2008—Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE:EPD) today announced that its operating subsidiary, Enterprise Products Operating LLC (“EPO”), has priced a public offering of $400 million of senior unsecured notes due 2013 and $700 million of senior unsecured notes due 2019. The proceeds from the offering are expected to be used to temporarily reduce borrowings outstanding under the partnership’s Multi-Year Revolving Credit Facility, and for general partnership purposes.
The notes due 2013 will be issued at 99.906 percent of their principal amount and will have a fixed-rate interest coupon of 5.65 percent and a maturity date of April 1, 2013. The notes due 2019 will be issued at 99.866 percent of their principal amount and will have a fixed-rate interest coupon of 6.50 percent and a maturity date of January 31, 2019. The expected settlement date for the offering is April 3, 2008. Enterprise Products Partners L.P. will guarantee the notes through an unconditional guarantee on an unsecured and unsubordinated basis.
