Dan L. Duncan, the Chairman and a director of Enterprise Products GP, LLC (“EPGP”), the general partner of Enterprise Products Partners L.P., passed away on March 29, 2010.

On March 29, 2010, a press release was issued by the registrant regarding the death of Mr. Duncan, a copy of which is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
