Item 1.01Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On September 23, 2013, we and a special-purpose wholly-owned subsidiary of ours entered into Amendment No. 1 to Master Repurchase Agreement with Bank of America, N.A., originally entered into on May 21, 2013 to (i) increase the facility amount from $250,000,000 to $500,000,000 and (ii) join another special-purpose wholly-owned subsidiary of ours as a party to the agreement. All other material terms, including the maturity date of the facility, remain the same.
