Item 8.01. Other Events.
On May 16, 2008, in the case captioned Haslam v. Macy’s, Inc., The Knot, Inc., WeddingChannel.com, Inc. and Does 1-100, filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, an order was entered granting the motions to dismiss filed by Macy’s, The Knot and WeddingChannel, with prejudice. The plaintiff has 30 days to file a notice of appeal, computed in accordance with applicable federal law.
