2005 Financial Highlights

Debt Reduction
Total debt at December 31, 2005 was $323.0m compared with $332.5m at December 31, 2004, as Penton executed three buybacks of its senior subordinated notes during the year. The buybacks will reduce annual bond interest payments by $2.0m.
2005 Reporting Segment Overview
