On March 28, 2006, S1 Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding resolution of pending litigation with Tradecard, Inc. relating to a claim of infringement of U.S. Patent 6,151,588 filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. The action was filed March 2003 against S1 Corporation, Bank of America Corporation and Bank of America National Association. A copy of the press release dated March 28, 2006 regarding the resolution is attached hereto as exhibit 99.1
