ITEM 5.02 DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR PRINCIPAL OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF PRINCIPAL OFFICERS
On October 14, 2005, Robert J. Baudhuin was elected Vice President, General Manager of Marianna Operations of Alliance Laundry Systems LLC and Alliance Laundry Holdings LLC (together with its consolidated operations, the “Company”). Mr. Baudhuin will serve in such capacity until his successor is elected and qualified or he resigns or is removed. Mr. Baudhuin, 44, has been employed with the Company since 1992. Mr. Baudhuin has held various management positions with the Company which include Vice President Product Management and Customer Support, and Ripon Plant Manager. Prior to joining the Company, he served in various engineering and quality assurance positions for seven years with Maysteel Corporation. Mr. Baudhuin received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and his MBA from Marquette University.
