R.V.B. Holdings Ltd. (the “Company”) hereby announces that its Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Ofer Sandelson, has notified the Company on November 18, 2012, that he has decided to terminate his employment with the Company and with its subsidiary company E.E.R Environmental Energy Resources (Israel) Ltd. (“EER”). In accordance with Mr. Sandelson employment agreement with the Company and EER, he may terminate his employment upon three months prior notice. The Company will begin the process of recruiting a suitable candidate for the CEO position.
