(the "Company") hereby announces that the board of directors (“Board”) of the Company approved today the appointment of Mr.Yair Fudim, who currently serves as a director of the Company, as the chairman of the Board as of February 28, 2013 instead of Mr. Yitzhak Apeloig, who continues to serve as a director of the Company.
