In connection with Westmoreland Coal Company (the “Company”) seeking to increase amounts borrowed under its existing term loan credit facility by up to $50 million, the Company made a presentation to the lenders under the Company’s term loan credit agreement that included the slides furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. The slides contained in Exhibit 99.1 are also posted on the Company's website at www.westmoreland.com.
