Item 5.02(b) Departure of Directors or Principal Officers
On September 2, 2004, Loudeye Corp. received a resignation letter from James Kuster, one of our directors, effective September 7, 2004. Mr. Kuster’s resignation is the result of his accepting a new position at a company whose internal guidelines require him to resign from all of his existing board positions, including Loudeye, and was not the result of any disagreement between Mr. Kuster and Loudeye.
