On December 11, 2002, AMERIGROUP Corporation issued a press release announcing its filing of an application for listing on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”). The Company expects to begin trading on the NYSE on January 3, 2003 under the stock symbol “AGP.” A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
