Item 8.01 Other Events.

On October 26, 2021, the Board of Directors of LKQ Corporation declared a cash dividend to stockholders. The quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share of common stock will be payable on December 2, 2021 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 11, 2021.

A copy of the press release announcing the dividend is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
