On September 10, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (9:00 a.m. Central Time), members of executive management of LKQ Corporation (the "Company") will host an Investor Day. The Company issued a press release on August 6, 2024 related to the Investor Day; a copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference. The Investor Day will include presentations by executive management, including a question and answer session.
