Item 8.01 Other Events
The Board of Directors of Viking Systems, Inc (“Viking”) has appointed a new chairman of Viking’s Compensation Committee. The Compensation Committee is a committee of Viking’s Board of Directors. The new Chairman is Nathan Harrison, a member of the Board of Directors and a member of the Compensation Committee prior to his appointment as chairman. The previous chairman of the Compensation Committee, Ronald Walrod, continues to serve as a director of the Company and a member of the Compensation Committee.
