On December 19, 2011, Sun River Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into a settlement agreement and mutual release with Mirador Consulting, Inc. (“Mirador”) in connection with a lawsuit pending in the United States District Court, Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division, styled Case No. 3:11-CV-01132-K Sun River Energy, Inc. v. Mirador Consulting, Inc. et. al (the “Lawsuit”). The Company and Mirador agreed to settle all of their claims against each other, in order to avoid any further expense, delay or uncertainty of litigation. The terms of the settlement agreement are confidential.
