1. On July 12, 2021, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Future FinTech Group, Inc. (the "Company") granted 500,000 shares of common stock of the Company to Mr. Shanchun Huang, pursuant to the Company's 2020 Omnibus Equity Plan ("Plan").

2. On July 12, 2022, the Compensation Committee of the Board of the Company granted 800,000 shares of common stock of the Company to Mr. Shanchun Huang, pursuant to the Plan.
