Explanation of Responses:

1. On July 12, 2022, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Future FinTech Group, Inc. (the "Company") granted 109,400 shares of common stock of the Company to Mr. Peng Lei, pursuant to the Company's 2020 Omnibus Equity Plan ("Plan"). One July 28, 2023, Mr. Lei was appointed as Chief Operating Officer of the Company.

2. The share number reflects amount after the 1 for 5 reverse stock split of the Company effective on February 1, 2023.
