On July 1, 2008, the Company issued the press release, which is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and that is incorporated by reference into this Item, announcing the comparable store sales for its Cracker Barrel Old Country Store® restaurants and gift shops for the four-week period ending Friday, June 27, 2008 and an update to its outlook for fiscal 2008.
