This amount includes 41.2910 shares acquired individually by Mr. DeNaples and 558.1770 shares acquired jointly with his spouse through the Issuer's Dividend Reinvestment and Stock Purchase Plan ("DRP") for December 2020. Therefore, Mr. DeNaples owns 5,756.7410 shares individually and 77,820.1160 shares jointly with his spouse.

2. Comprises 2,439 shares held by a business in which Mr. DeNaples is a 33.33% owner with his brother, Louis A. DeNaples.
