Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations
Infosys Limited, a company organized under the laws of the Republic of India ("Infosys", or the "Company"), hereby furnishes with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission this Report on Form 6-K regarding the intimation dated March 30, 2024 and April 1, 2024, pertaining to an update that it has received refund orders/ demand orders from the Income Tax Department, Government of India. The Company is in the process of evaluating the implications of these orders on the financial statements for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2024, and evaluating filing appeals against demand orders, wherever necessary.
