Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On May 8, 2017, Entercom Communications Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing first quarter 2017 results. Specifically, for the first quarter of 2017 the Company announced:
| • | net revenues of $97.5 million; |
| • | station operating expenses of $75.6 million; |
| • | corporate general and administrative expenses of $10.6 million; |
| • | operating loss of $15.0 million; and |
| • | net loss available to common shareholders of $9.9 million. |
| • | net loss available to common shareholders per share – basic and diluted of $0.25. |
