Item 1.02. Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement.
Effective June 30, 2016, Ceres Managed Futures LLC, the general partner of the registrant (the “General Partner”), and the registrant terminated the management agreement dated October 1, 2005, as amended on June 1, 2013 and August 1, 2015 (the “Altis Management Agreement”), with Altis Partners (Jersey) Limited (“Altis”), pursuant to which Altis managed the portion of the registrant’s assets allocated to it. The General Partner and the registrant terminated the Altis Management Agreement because Altis is no longer trading on behalf of the registrant.
