Explanation of Responses:

1. On August 20, 2024, the investment club sold its entire position in RCI Hospitality Holdings, Inc., along with all of the club's other investment positions, except for one position that it anticipates selling in the near future.

2. This amount represents the entire amount of securities owned by the investment club. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of the percentage amount of shares held in the investment club that are not owned by the reporting person, and this report shall not be deemed an admission that the reporting person is the beneficial owner of such securities for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose.
