ITEM 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Conditions.
On August 07, 2020, Data443 Risk Mitigation, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting our financial results for the second quarter and the six (6) months ended June 30, 2020 (the “Press Release”). A copy of the Press Release is also furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Report”).
ITEM 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On August 12, the Company hosted a conference call to discuss its financial and operating results for the second quarter and the six (6) months ended June 30, 2020.
