On April 23, 2007,House of Taylor Jewelry, Inc. issued an update to a prior press release adding a paragraph relating to a Nasdaq disclosure. This press release was done to comply with Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 4350(b)(1)(B) and does not represent any change or amendment to the company’s financial statements or to its Annual Report on Form 10-KSB as filed. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
